Fundraisers are an important piece of our budget each year, allowing us to enrich our classroom with resources and materials. We aim to develop fundraisers that benefit local businesses, that are unique, that become a memento of your child’s time at the Shambhala School, and offer items that you might buy anyway.

Organic Blueberry Fundraiser–Complete!

We sold 115 5lb boxes of organic blueberries from our trusted and much loved supplier at Denma Farms in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia!

We’ll be selling these delicious berries again in late winter/early spring!

Woozles Shopping Event

Did you know Woozles is Canada’s oldest children’s bookstore? We love supporting this independent children’s bookstore in Halifax! This sale is scheduled Wednesday, November 24th!

The school will receive 20% of most sales made between 5:30pm-9:00pm–both online AND in person. For online sales you can use the code Sham21. Come check out their new location at 6013 Shirley Street!

This fundraiser is always a great opportunity to purchase quality books, toys, and puzzles for your own children, others in your lives, or holiday donations. All while supporting local business!

Art For Your Heart: Art Card Fundraiser

Each student from Pre-Primary to Grade 12 has created their own unique piece of art which will be turned into a beautiful greeting card, to be printed locally in Dartmouth! Each card will have the student’s art on the cover, their first name and grade printed on the back, and the inside will be blank. The cards are great for personal use, or make wonderful one-of-a-kind gifts!
